INFORMATION/INFORMATION TEXT UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
With this Clarification Text, Ravanda Carpet Textile Industry and Trade. Ltd. Sti. has prepared this information text in order to explain and inform the relevant persons defined in the KVKK procedure in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 regarding the processing of personal data. In accordance with this text and the relevant Law, Ravanda Carpet Textile Industry and Trade. Ltd. Sti. informs you about the purposes of processing your personal data described below, legal reasons, methods of collecting information, to whom and for what purposes it can be transferred. Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data are collected, the purposes of processing, legal reasons and your rights in line with your satisfaction.

Data Processor: Refers to the natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authorization granted by the data controller.
Data Controller: Refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
Destruction: Refers to the deletion, destruction or anonymization of personal data.
